With 100 Charisma, I can regen Ether faster than my moves go off cooldown, even with no Reservoir. Int since you need it for mantra upgrades and Ether anyways.

Willpower gives more reservoir and sanity which helps you stay in the depths longer. If you go 40 willpower and pick some talents you can get an oath called blindseer which gives sanity and increased brightness and lets you stay in the depths for a couple of hours.
